5. Orders and Payments

1. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment receipt.

2. Payments are processed through secure gateways such as Phonepe/Razorpay, UPI, or other approved channels.

3. Ayurveda Hill reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in case of payment failure, suspicion of fraud, or stock unavailability.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an item is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver through trusted logistics partners across India. Delivery timelines vary by location.
Ayurveda Hill is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.

8. Returns and Refunds

As our products are consumable and perishable in nature, returns are not accepted.
Refunds or replacements are issued only for valid cases such as damaged, expired, or wrong items delivered, as per our Return Policy and Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, product names, designs, photographs, and text displayed on the website are the property of Ayurveda Hill Private Limited.

12. Governing Law, Mediation & Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved amicably through mediation under the Mediation Act, 2023 at New Delhi.

If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

• Arbitrator: Sole arbitrator mutually appointed by both parties

• Award: Final and binding

Subject to the arbitration clause, the courts at New Delhi, including Patiala House Courts and the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ayurveda Hill, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any loss or claim arising from misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Amendments

Ayurveda Hill Private Limited reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms shall be effective upon being published on our website.
