1. Scope and Applicability

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and methods by which Ayurveda Hill Private Limited delivers its products to customers across India.
By placing an order through our website or authorized distributors, you agree to the following terms.

2. Nature of Products

Ayurveda Hill manufactures and supplies Ayurvedic and natural food products, including dry fruits, herbal blends, Indian masalas, honey, and natural drinking water.

Our delivery mechanism differs depending on the order type:

  • Retail / Online Orders → Sent via standard courier partners

  • Wholesale / Bulk Orders → Dispatched through agreed shipping terms (FOB, CIF, Door Delivery, or Ex-Works)

3. Domestic Retail Shipping

  1. Retail orders placed on www.ayuhill.com are shipped within 2–5 working days of payment confirmation.

  2. We use reputed courier partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post for last-mile delivery.

  3. Customers will receive an email or SMS tracking link once the order is shipped.

  4. Estimated delivery time varies between 3–10 business days depending on the location and courier service availability.

  5. Delivery delays caused by courier service providers, strikes, natural calamities, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

4. Wholesale & Bulk Order Shipping

  1. For bulk or wholesale shipments, Ayurveda Hill follows customized delivery arrangements mutually agreed upon with the buyer at the time of order confirmation.

  2. Shipping may occur via road transport, cargo, or third-party logistics as per agreed commercial terms such as:

    • FOB (Free on Board) – Buyer arranges collection from our dispatch unit.

    • CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) – Ayurveda Hill handles freight and insurance up to destination.

    • Ex-Works / Door Delivery – Based on written agreement and cost-sharing arrangement.

  3. For all bulk dispatches, risk and responsibility transfer as per agreed terms at the time of invoice or consignment release.

  4. Transit insurance is available upon prior written request and cost confirmation from the buyer.

Free shipping may apply to promotional campaigns or qualifying order values at Ayurveda Hill’s discretion.

6. Packaging and Handling

All products are packed in tamper-proof, hygienic packaging suitable for food-grade goods.
For honey and water shipments, bottle seals and cushioned cartons are used to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.

7. Delivery Attempts

  1. Couriers typically make two delivery attempts.

  2. If undelivered due to the customer’s unavailability or incorrect address, the parcel may be returned to us.

  3. Re-delivery may attract additional shipping charges.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Ayurveda Hill does not offer international shipping.
All deliveries are restricted to India until further notice.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please:

  1. Refuse to accept the delivery, or

  2. Accept it under protest and contact us immediately within 48 hours at care@ayuhill.com with photographs and order details.
    Our team will verify and process replacements or refunds as per our Return and Refund Policies.

10. Force Majeure

Ayurveda Hill shall not be held liable for delay or failure in shipment due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, war, or transport restrictions.

11. Mediation and Arbitration

Any dispute or claim arising out of this Shipping Policy shall first be referred to mediation under the Mediation Act, 2023, at New Delhi.

If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

  • Language: English

  • Arbitrator: Sole arbitrator mutually appointed by both parties

  • Award: Final and binding

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of India.
Subject to arbitration, all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi, including:

  • Patiala House Courts, and

  • Hon’ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi.
