1. Scope

This Refund Policy governs the terms on which refunds are processed for purchases made through our official website, mobile application, or any authorized digital platform operated by Ayurveda Hill Private Limited.

By placing an order with us, you agree to this Refund Policy and consent to its terms in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

2. Nature of Business

We manufacture and market Ayurvedic and natural food products, including dry fruits, snacks, and household masalas.
As our products are perishable and food-grade, we do not accept returns once the order is dispatched or the seal is broken.

3. No-Return Policy

Pursuant to Rule 6(4) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Ayurveda Hill follows a “No-Return Policy” for all consumable and perishable products.
Refunds will be considered only under special circumstances outlined below.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only under the following verified conditions:

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Change in preference or taste

• Products opened, consumed, or used

• Delays caused by courier/logistics partners

• Orders placed through third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

1. Write to 📧 care@ayuhill.com or WhatsApp at 📞 +91 98999 66862 within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Mention Order ID, Invoice Number, and attach product and packaging photos.

3. Our quality team will review within 2–3 business days.

4. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Razorpay / UPI / Card).

Actual credit time may vary depending on the customer’s bank.

7. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 working days.

8. Grievance Redressal

As per Rule 5(4) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, all grievances shall be addressed promptly.

All grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.

9. Mediation and Arbitration

In the event of any dispute, claim, or difference arising out of or relating to this Refund Policy, the same shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith mediation under the Mediation Act, 2023, at New Delhi.

If unresolved within 30 days of notice, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and its amendments.

• The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India.

• The proceedings shall be conducted in English language.

• The Arbitrator shall be a sole independent arbitrator mutually appointed by both parties.

• The decision of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding.

• The costs of arbitration shall be borne as per the award.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to the mediation and arbitration clause above, the exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising hereunder shall lie with the Courts of New Delhi, including:

• Patiala House Courts, and

• Hon’ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi.

11. Amendments

Ayurveda Hill Private Limited reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Refund Policy from time to time to comply with evolving legal and operational requirements. Any changes will be published on our website with a revised “Effective Date.”
