This Return Policy outlines our company’s procedure for handling product returns for items purchased through our official website, mobile application, or authorized sales channels.
By making a purchase from Ayurveda Hill Private Limited, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
2. Nature of Products
Ayurveda Hill Private Limited manufactures and markets Ayurvedic and natural food products, including dry fruits, herbal blends, snacks, Indian household masalas, pure honey, and natural mineral water.
As these products are consumable, perishable, and sensitive to handling or temperature, they are categorized as non-returnable goods under Rule 6(4) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
3. No-Return Policy
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products (including honey and water), we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped or delivered.
However, we may consider replacement or refund requests in genuine and verifiable cases where the issue arises from our end.
4. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
A replacement or refund will be approved only under the following conditions:

5. Procedure to Report an Issue

Include your Order ID, Invoice Number, and clear photographs of the product and outer packaging.
Our quality-assurance team will verify the issue within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund using the original payment method.

8. Mediation and Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or difference arising from or relating to this Return Policy shall first be referred to mediation under the Mediation Act, 2023, at New Delhi.
If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the following conditions:

Language: English
Arbitrator: Sole independent arbitrator mutually appointed by both parties
Award: Final and binding on both parties
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Return Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to the above arbitration clause, all disputes shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Delhi, including:
Patiala House Courts, and
Hon’ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi.
10. Amendments
Ayurveda Hill Private Limited reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Return Policy from time to time to comply with changing laws or business needs.
Any changes will be reflected on our website with an updated “Effective Date.”
